 List of Entry criteria for each test phase like functional testing, Integration testing, UAT, Pre-prod & Non-Functional testing:

Test Phase	Application Environment / Hardware / Software
Functional Testing	URL for logging into QA Environment User IDs and Passwords for accessing Test Environment Integration between App and Other Upstream/Downstream systems Test Cases and scripts are Prepared, Signed-off Configured system - as per Business requirements Unit Test results should be shared from Dev team
Integration Testing	URL for logging into SIT Environment User IDs and Passwords for accessing Test Environment Integration between App and Other Upstream/Downstream systems Test Cases and scripts are Prepared, Signed-off Configured system - as per Business requirements Unit Test results should be shared from Dev team
UAT	URL for logging into UAT Environment User IDs and Passwords for accessing above Test Environment List of User stories for each sprint Test Cases and scripts are Prepared, Signed-off Configured system - as per Business requirements
Pre-Prod	URL for logging into Pre-Prod Environment User IDs and Passwords for accessing above Test Environment List of User stories for each sprint Test Cases and scripts are Prepared, Signed-off Configured system - as per Business requirements
Non-Functional	Separate testing environment with the required set up
